Principal Software Developer - CRM

We are seeking experienced Dynamics CRM / CE professionals to design and develop Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with a focus on banking. The role involves working with global teams to implement custom applications and CRM solutions for sales, customer service, and marketing.

Location: INDIA Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Understand requirements and determine solutions using CRM’s out-of-the-box components and extensions.
• Estimate efforts and evaluate approaches for CRM implementations.
• Develop and customize CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
• Integrate CRM with external systems.
• Develop using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET.
• Write clean, efficient code in C# and JavaScript following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot CRM issues to ensure high system availability.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Raise concerns that may affect delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and team members in CRM development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to decide between out-of-the-box solutions and customizations.
• Effective communication of status and concerns.
• Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop plug-ins using C# and UI logic in JavaScript.
• Build and release solutions.
• Write clear technical documentation.
• Banking experience is preferable.
• Optional: develop PowerApps and PowerBI reports.
