Performance Marketing Specialist

Thrive Digital is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to support growth through digital marketing channels, focusing on campaign optimization, client communication, and team collaboration.

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Salary: $360,000 - $425,000 MXN Annually + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Exemplifying Thrive's standards for project success through day-to-day optimization, maintenance, reporting, and analysis work to ultimately improve client outcomes.
• Contributing to Thrive's standards for client success through strong day to day communication with clients, maintaining and building QA processes, task management, and valuable meeting contributions.
• Growing your project and platform expertise, sharing new knowledge with other team members, and using coaching and feedback to support your team's overall success.
• Learning how Thrive operates, contributing to projects, and supporting the success of your team, the Performance department, and Thrive while aligning individual contributions with wider team objectives.

Requirements

• Passion for growth marketing with familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify.
• Measurement mindset with experience analyzing data and drawing insights.
• Foundational analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar.
• Experience collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve project & team goals.
• Some client-facing experience and understanding of building and maintaining strong relationships.
