Partnerships Operations Manager

The Partnerships Operations Manager will support Simprints' growth by enhancing systems, data, and automation to improve revenue generation and partnership development. This hands-on role involves managing CRM, building AI-enabled workflows, scouting opportunities, and supporting grant proposals.

Location: Remote

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Partnerships systems and pipeline operations
• Build AI-enabled automation for growth and fundraising workflows
• Scout and qualify new opportunities
• Support grant applications and proposal development
• Strengthen market, funder, and partner intelligence

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations, growth operations, fundraising operations, or business development operations, ideally in a mission-driven, technology, global health, or international development context.
• Strong systems and process skills, including experience managing CRMs, pipelines, dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, or workflow tools.
• Confidence using AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency and create scalable processes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex market or funder information into clear recommendations.
• Strong written communication and project coordination skills, including supporting proposals, presentations, funder briefs, and internal decision documents.
