Part Time Instructor - Agentic AI (US)

Interview Kickstart is seeking an instructor with expertise in AI, machine learning, and agent-based applications to deliver courses, engage with industry trends, and contribute to curriculum development. The role involves teaching, research, industry collaboration, and team training, primarily in the Pacific time zone.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions on machine learning principles, algorithms, and methodologies.
• Engage with industry professionals and collaborate on projects or internships to provide real-world experiences.
• Conduct research in machine learning and contribute to developing new techniques, models, or applications.
• Improve session flow and delivery by collaborating with other instructors and the IK team.
• Assist in onboarding and training other instructors and coaches.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to evolve the curriculum.
• Work on weekends/evenings as per Pacific time zone Demo Guidelines for Agentic AI.

Requirements

• Prior experience building and deploying LLM or agent-based applications in real-world settings.
• Strong proficiency with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, especially in AI/ML-based architectures.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or creating content for working professionals in tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a learner-first mindset.
