Outside Sales Representative

Omada.ai is hiring Outside Sales Representatives / Territory Partners to connect with local small businesses, demonstrate AI-powered marketing solutions, and help them grow. The role involves in-person and phone outreach, offering free trials, and closing sales, with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Location: Your local city, must reside in the United States

Salary: $20/hr + uncapped commission ($200 per close), top performers up to $100K

Responsibilities

• Identify 10–50 businesses using Omada's Route Planner
• Start conversations in person or on the phone with local businesses
• Show Omada platform on phone or tablet
• Offer free trials to generate leads
• Use CRM HubSpot to track, follow up, and close sales
• Close paid subscriptions to earn commissions

Requirements

• Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room
• Genuinely excited about AI and small businesses
• Strong communicator who connects quickly
• No prior sales experience required, training provided
• Must reside in the United States
• Must be 18 or older
