Operations & Client Success Coordinator

The Operations & Client Success Coordinator is a key role for a highly organized individual responsible for managing client communications, coordinating operational activities, supporting business processes, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The position impacts client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business initiatives.

Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and appointments for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Manage vendor communications and assist with ongoing vendor relationships.
• Monitor projects, tasks, and client requests to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Identify potential operational gaps and proactively address issues before they impact clients or business operations.

Requirements
