Right Hook Digital is a global performance marketing agency specializing in helping eCommerce brands scale through strategic, creative, and data-driven execution. They are seeking a Meta / Paid Social Media Buyer for eCommerce in LATAM.

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to USD $20,000/p.a.

Responsibilities

• Launching, managing, and optimising Paid Social Ads campaigns
• Structured creative testing and reporting
• Scaling campaigns based on performance data and business goals
• Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
• Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health
• Ensuring compliance with Meta Ads policies and ad approvals
• Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
• Participating in internal strategy calls to provide tactical recommendations

Requirements

• Experience with PPC for eCommerce
• 2+ years in PPC for eCommerce
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-directed learner who seeks help when needed
• High attention to detail
• Equipment: Computer with camera for video calls
• Someone who questions platform metrics and digs for real-world business results
• Experience with or willingness to learn unit economics and profitability analysis
