The Board of Directors of Projets Autochtones du Québec is responsible for governance, strategic actions, and managing the organization's affairs. It is composed of nine members, mostly indigenous, who participate in meetings, review documents, and implement decisions.

Location: Canada

Responsibilities

• Participate in approximately nine (9) meetings per year
• Be available for the entire term of the administrator
• Participate in the associative life of the organization
• Take knowledge of the documents submitted by the general management
• Follow up on ongoing files and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken by the Board
• Participate in the creation of work committees, if necessary, and follow up with the Board

Requirements

• Being a member of the organization
• Over 18 years old
• Not subject to certain court orders or bankruptcy
