FP&A Manager

Deepgram is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to support their Go-To-Market organization. The role involves leading ARR and revenue forecasting, driving performance visibility, and partnering with senior leaders to improve predictability, efficiency, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARR and revenue forecasting.
• Drive performance visibility.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to improve predictability, efficiency, and capital allocation.

Requirements

• Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems to automate workflows and forecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and the judgment to know when to build versus when to automate.
• Direct experience supporting sales and marketing.
• Fluency in SaaS and usage based metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback).
• Executive communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
