The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $22 per hour plus commission
Responsibilities
- Support members with hospital indemnity products and post-enrollment activities.
- Verify enrollment and assist with plan utilization.
- Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve issues, and provide information.
- Sell new hospital indemnity and Medicare Advantage plans.
- Perform outbound calls and document interactions accurately.
- Demonstrate company values in behavior and decisions.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain or currently possess a health insurance license.
- Availability to work between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
- High level of integrity and customer focus.
- Comfortable with desktop computers, Office applications, and web browsing.
