The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $22 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Support members with hospital indemnity products and post-enrollment activities.
  • Verify enrollment and assist with plan utilization.
  • Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve issues, and provide information.
  • Sell new hospital indemnity and Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Perform outbound calls and document interactions accurately.
  • Demonstrate company values in behavior and decisions.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain or currently possess a health insurance license.
  • Availability to work between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • High level of integrity and customer focus.
  • Comfortable with desktop computers, Office applications, and web browsing.
