Responsibilities
- Own and administer the marketing tech stack
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and manage demand generation programs
- Configure and optimize HubSpot workflows
- Manage paid acquisition strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Hands-on ownership of demand generation programs
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms
- Proven HubSpot power user or admin
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with direct alignment to a B2B sales team
- Demonstrated track record of setting and consistently hitting aggressive pipeline, lead generation, or revenue-influenced marketing goals
- Meticulous attention to detail with experience in campaign QA, A/B testing, data hygiene, multi-touch attribution, and performance measurement
