We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead a team of 2-3 Virtual Assistants supporting clients in social media management and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and client-first mindset to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand client goals, brand voice, and ensure alignment across all social media and admin deliverables, conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants managing social media and admin tasks for clients, oversee workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of work, train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain quality and consistency, review and approve content, reports, and communications before client submission.
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives, oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), track social media KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights to clients, ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and platform policies to avoid account issues.
- Coordinate and supervise Virtual Assistants managing client’s administrative processes, ensure smooth communication, documentation, and operational support on behalf of the clients, maintain quality checks to ensure client satisfaction on both social media and admin deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management with client-facing responsibilities.
- Prior experience managing a team (preferably Virtual Assistants or remote staff).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (US clients).
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content best practices.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards under pressure.
- Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho Projects).
