Content Specialist, Healthcare Consumer Experience

Location: US Remote
Responsibilities
- Timely patient-facing content creation across channels (email, SMS, social, web, print) using psychographic models to tailor messaging to motivations across multiple healthcare use cases
- Strategic copy for assets that position products and intellectual property for client and executive audiences (thought leadership, one pagers, white papers)
- Product intelligence that improves the self-service platform—translating real-world content challenges into platform enhancements
- AI exploration to responsibly augment psychographic personalization while maintaining health literacy standards and clinical accuracy
- Performance and optimization, building a reporting cadence for content metrics and partnering with data teams to translate insights into improvements
- Day-to-day content operations and documentation, maintaining and evolving a library of best practice patient content
- Content quality assurance, partnering cross-functionally to approve the look and feel of client campaign journeys
Requirements
- 5+ years creating patient or consumer content in healthcare, health tech, or related fields
- Proven ability to translate research and data into communications that drive behavior change
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work with measurable engagement outcomes
- Experience collaborating with product teams to shape tools and platforms
- Fluency in AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt design, to scale production while maintaining quality
- Deep understanding of health literacy and patient-centered communication
- Genuine curiosity about human motivation, emerging technology, and the space between art and science
