Manager, Enterprise Security Architecture

Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform focused on making health data secure, accessible, and actionable. They are seeking an experienced leader to grow their enterprise security function within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $188,000—$230,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of security architects, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and coach team members.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of all security deliverables.
• Own the enterprise security roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and translate developments into actionable architectural patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security architecture or related fields.
• At least 2+ years in a people management role.
• Delivery-focused mindset in a hyper-growth environment.
• Ability to navigate tradeoffs between security and practicality.
• Broad technical foundation in identity and access management, infrastructure security, product security, etc.
• Hands-on development experience across multiple programming languages.
