Loss Prevention Specialist

A Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for utilizing procedures to protect company assets, minimize theft and fraud, and reduce inventory shortages. The role involves conducting audits, video reviews, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily audits of video surveillance systems for proper functionality and reports inconsistencies.
• Completes video reviews in support of the Loss Prevention team.
• Prepares daily reporting on audits and reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year in a Loss Prevention retail operations role with emphasis in surveillance and video review, or relevant Loss Prevention experience.
• Previous CCTV/video and surveillance monitoring within a retail sales environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention best practices.
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel.
