Responsibilities

• Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits.
• Build trigger-based sequences to support student motivation, including reactivation campaigns and early warning interventions.
• Reduce refund rates through timely, relevant communication.
• Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messages.
• Drive student engagement through CRM channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Build the referral channel as a scalable system for acquiring new students.
• Design end-to-end referral flows from trigger to conversion.
• Test mechanics, offers, and timing; turn data into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
• Ability to think strategically.
• High attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Strong writing skills with adaptable tone.
