Responsibilities
- Demonstrates understanding of products and explains features to customers.
- Provides technical support to account managers for client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Uses sales and marketing techniques to engage potential clients.
- Creates and presents customized solutions for clients.
- Maintains relationships with existing clients and seeks upselling opportunities.
- Develops pursuit plans and manages sales pipelines.
- Uses domain knowledge to craft competitive sales strategies.
- Handles negotiations and client escalations.
- Attends industry events to stay updated.
- Mentors junior team members.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of work experience in technical or consultative selling, account management, or related fields, or 3-5 years with an advanced degree.
