Director, CRM Sales - Enterprise Tech

Responsibilities
- Build a team of CRM Sales Executives to drive sales growth nationally in the Enterprise Technology vertical.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the region, including understanding the competitive landscape.
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to support and assist Field Sales Teams.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence.
- Develop territories and quotas, communicate performance expectations.
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline.
- Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually.
- Engage with C-level executives to understand customer needs.
- Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and ServiceNow executive team.
- Retain and grow existing customer base through engagement activities.
Requirements
- Located in a major metro of the United States.
- Experience selling software into the Enterprise Technology vertical.
- Experience with AI integration in work processes or decision-making.
- Successful track record in new business sales, including presentation and negotiation skills at C level.
- Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing sales teams.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial planning skills.
- Ownership of accurate CRM reports and forecasts.
- Experience in driving sales processes and working with Sales Operations.
- Ability to understand business drivers around IT.
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to build motivated, collaborative sales teams.
- Promotes top performers, develops and coaches teams.
- Proven partner relationships and network growth through the partner ecosystem.
- Ownership of pipeline generation activities.
