Director, CRM Sales - Enterprise Tech

Responsibilities

  • Build a team of CRM Sales Executives to drive sales growth nationally in the Enterprise Technology vertical.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy for the region, including understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to support and assist Field Sales Teams.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence.
  • Develop territories and quotas, communicate performance expectations.
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline.
  • Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually.
  • Engage with C-level executives to understand customer needs.
  • Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and ServiceNow executive team.
  • Retain and grow existing customer base through engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Located in a major metro of the United States.
  • Experience selling software into the Enterprise Technology vertical.
  • Experience with AI integration in work processes or decision-making.
  • Successful track record in new business sales, including presentation and negotiation skills at C level.
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and financial planning skills.
  • Ownership of accurate CRM reports and forecasts.
  • Experience in driving sales processes and working with Sales Operations.
  • Ability to understand business drivers around IT.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to build motivated, collaborative sales teams.
  • Promotes top performers, develops and coaches teams.
  • Proven partner relationships and network growth through the partner ecosystem.
  • Ownership of pipeline generation activities.
