The Creative Strategist is responsible for developing and ensuring fulfilment of the creative pipeline based on company SOPs, translating performance goals and audience insights into creative directions that drive measurable growth. This role involves owning creative strategy from ideation through execution and analysis, working closely with media teams, and focusing on revenue and retention.

Location: Remote

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + up to $15,000 bonuses

Responsibilities

Define winning beliefs & angles, map into archetypes, align with Creative Strategy OS
Plan what we test next (angles, archetypes, formats), aligned with MB & DOP priorities
Create creative requests, manage status inside the Creative Pipeline, and coordinate with Edit Crew
Maintain dossiers, IDs, folders, and creative trackers so nothing is lost or duplicated
Deliver creative insights for internal optimization notes and client-facing reports
Read Atria/Cometly reports for concept-level learnings (by angle & archetype, not just ad ID)
Sync with MB & POM on priorities, timelines, and issues
Apply Mindset Marketing Playbook to every new brief (relatability, beliefs, objections)

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy within an agency or fast-growth marketing environment
Worked closely with media buyers, performance teams, or paid social campaigns, and understands how creative impacts CPA, CTR, and scale
Understand core performance marketing concepts like funnels, angles, hooks, testing frameworks, and creative iteration
Translate data and insights into clear creative direction, briefs, and test plans
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing creative pipelines, asset tracking, and documentation
Comfortable working inside tools like Monday, Google Sheets, and Drive
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, analysis, and documentation
