Instructional Designer/Copywriter

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Copywriter to create instructional materials, blogs, and whitepapers for a client in the financial education sector, focusing on adult learning and financial topics.

Location: PHL Laguna Work-at-Home

Responsibilities

• Writing clear, compelling copy that informs and instructs for various media (e.g. long form blog posts, learning modules, skills assessments, surveys, articles, whitepapers, etc.)
• Interpreting content briefs and understanding the underlying ask
• Engaging with client SMEs and teams to understand the purpose of assets, key takeaways, and calls to action
• Adhering to client brand and editorial guidelines
• Applying feedback from client teams and quality control editors
• Partnering with client teams, making suggestions, and bringing own ideas and expertise
• Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory to structure effective learning experiences
• Combining existing training materials into cohesive courses and curricula
• Ensuring learning paths are intuitive, relevant, and aligned with business goals
• Providing guidance on content sequencing, modality selection, and learner engagement strategies

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong interest in education, adult-learning, and crime and fraud
• Ability to transform content briefs into engaging courseware or narratives
• Strong research skills and curiosity to learn new topics
• Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops with subject matter experts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content and learning management systems such as Xyleme, Articulate 360
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or instructional design
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent experience
• Reliable home internet service
• Willingness to work a 3rd shift overlapping with U.S. business hours
