Responsibilities

• Participate in the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program, which involves deep reflection on personal background, career, and entrepreneurial motivations.
• Engage in a 6+ month online program with a commitment of 1-2 hours weekly, supported by Reapra mentors and community.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed, beginner's mindset required.
• Legal authorization to set up a business in Indonesia (citizens or legal residents).
• Deep introspection and self-awareness.
• Willingness to learn and challenge existing skills and beliefs.
