Head of GTM Enablement (Remote East Coast)

Spacelift is an infrastructure orchestration platform that manages the entire infrastructure lifecycle, integrating with various tooling to provide a unified workflow for secure, cost-effective, and resilient infrastructure. They are growing rapidly and are looking for a Director-level leader to own GTM enablement across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities
- Own GTM enablement strategy and execution across AEs, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Stay hands-on with the field by participating in calls, deals, and working directly with reps, SEs, customers, and partners.
- Build and run onboarding for new hires across the GTM org, with role-specific paths and clear ramp expectations.
- Own battlecards and competitive enablement, ensuring the field can articulate Spacelift's wins and navigate competition.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and launches into usable material, and provide feedback from the field.
- Build ongoing enablement cadence: skill development, deal coaching, sales process reinforcement, and product updates.
- Develop enablement content and curriculum: playbooks, demos, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and certification programs.
- Define enablement metrics linked to GTM outcomes, including ramp time, productivity, win rates, and content adoption, and report regularly.
- Manage and evolve the enablement tech stack.
- Build and lead the enablement team as the function scales.
Requirements
- Seven or more years in GTM enablement, sales enablement, or a related function at a B2B software company, including leadership experience.
- Experience enabling multiple GTM roles, including AEs, SEs, SDRs, and Customer Success; partner enablement is a plus.
- Proven track record of building enablement programs.
- Strong relationship with Product Marketing, translating output into field execution.
- Technical fluency to discuss Spacelift's platform and its importance to engineering teams.
- Experience owning competitive enablement, including battlecards and positioning.
- Strong executive presence and ability to operate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making with incomplete information.
