Growth Product Management

Belong is a company dedicated to transforming homeownership and wealth creation for regular people through an AI-first approach. They are building a scalable system to empower residents to become homeowners and achieve financial freedom, with a strong, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for Belong’s homeowner funnel, from first click to full activation.
• Identify bottlenecks and explode them with product.
• Partner with leaders to link paid acquisition with in-product performance.
• Define success metrics, instrument everything, and build dashboards.
• Write crisp PRDs, wireframe workflows, and ship frequently.
• Operate as both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, leading and building.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management with ownership over growth funnels, ideally in a B2C or marketplace company.
• Driven CAC down, LTV up, and activation time down with product.
• Shipped AI-powered product features and understand LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Built experiments with rigor and made hard calls with imperfect data.
• Understand user psychology and can design onboarding flows.
• Communicate clearly, lead cross-functional pods, and ship.

• This role involves building an AI-native homeowner acquisition funnel with conversational flows, personalized onboarding, automated flows, predictive scoring, internal AI copilots, and measurement frameworks.
