TCP is a provider of workforce management solutions, seeking a Growth Account Executive to manage existing customer accounts and generate new revenue through upselling and cross-selling. The role involves full sales cycle ownership, prospecting, and building a pipeline to meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities
- Prospect into assigned account base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Run a full sales cycle from outreach to close, including discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue quotas targeting the mid-market segment.
- Build and maintain a pipeline at 3x quota through outbound activity.
- Conduct needs assessments across multiple customer groups.
- Connect customer objectives to TCP capabilities, identifying gaps.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity records in Salesforce.
- Forecast revenue weekly.
- Partner with Customer Success on account health while owning expansion sales.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
- Experience finding and selling to new stakeholders inside existing accounts.
- Consistent quota attainment with measurable results.
- Background in SaaS or software, payroll services, HR consulting, staffing, or managed services.
- Experience managing a high-volume account book and prioritizing outbound activity.
