The Future Leader Program at Mars is designed for recent graduates interested in a career in sales, marketing, or finance within the FMCG industry. It offers hands-on experience in sales and project management, with a focus on developing future leaders in Germany.

Location: Germany (various regions including Munich, Ingolstadt, Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach)

Responsibilities

• Manage your own sales territory and build relationships with customers.
• Lead sales conversations and implement measures with conviction and hands-on mentality.
• Achieve sales, volume, and profit targets through positive demeanor and organizational skills.
• Engage in sales and project management tasks as part of daily work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Interest in a career in sales, finance, or marketing, with a passion for FMCG.
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and result orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and analytical abilities.
• Initiative and engagement in executing sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and hold a valid driver's license.
• Long-term willingness to relocate to Munich.
