Full Court Press: Part-Time Graphic Design, Website, Video, and Social Media Specialist

Full Court Press Communications is seeking contractors with expertise in graphic design, website management, video editing, and social media strategy to support social change initiatives for various clients on a part-time, project-based, remote basis.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based), California candidates encouraged

Salary: $60 to $80 per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites built with Elementor, including website maintenance, security checks, troubleshooting, limited updates, ADA compliance, and performance monitoring with Google Analytics.
• Build new WordPress websites, including conceptualization, design, SEO optimization, backend setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing updates.
• Design and edit social media graphics in Canva, incorporating feedback and finalizing files.
• Conceptualize, script, and edit social media videos in CapCut, including content planning, filming, editing, and finalization; in-person content capture in Bay Area as a bonus.
• Conceptualize and run social media ad campaigns on Meta Business Suite, including campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create email campaigns in MailChimp, managing contact lists, designing templates, writing copy, and analyzing performance.
• Design various visual materials such as brochures, reports, billboards, digital ads, logos, and branding materials in Canva and InDesign, including concept development, creation, feedback incorporation, and finalization.

Requirements

• Excellent craft in relevant skill areas (websites, videos, graphics, etc.).
• Experience as a freelancer or in-house, preferably with non-profits, foundations, advocacy, or mission-focused organizations.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience or more, depending on expertise.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
