Responsibilities

• Transform complex products, services, processes, and business concepts into engaging audience-focused content.
• Analyse briefs and ask insightful questions to understand target audience, business objectives, behavioral outcomes, success measures, content constraints and requirements.
• Recommend effective content formats, including learning materials, job aids, decision trees, playbooks, talk tracks, scenario-based learning, demonstrations.
• Create a variety of content types such as training presentations, learning resources, sales enablement materials, playbooks, e-learning scripts, video scripts, infographics.
• Use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, iteration, and content refinement.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, tone, inclusivity, brand alignment.
• Convert complex technical, product, or business information into practical, audience-friendly content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Participate in project briefings and stakeholder discussions.
• Work closely with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and subject matter experts.
• Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities early and recommend solutions.
• Incorporate feedback and conduct final reviews for accuracy, clarity, consistency, usability, and adherence to brief.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating learning, training, enablement, or educational content for enterprise or B2B audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience translating complex information into accessible and engaging content.
• Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Google Slides.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows.
