Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end top-of-funnel strategy, from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and booking initial meetings.
- Design, test, and iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative video) to engage our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Partner with the founding team to refine value propositions and product-market fit based on real-time prospect feedback.
- Manage and maintain a clean CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
- Identify high-value accounts and map out key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Help select and implement the sales tech stack required to automate and scale outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an SDR within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Previous experience as a Founding SDR or an early hire at a seed/Series A startup.
- Mastery of modern outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling value props.
- A "hunter" mentality with a bias toward action and a high degree of resilience.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct experience selling AI-driven software or developer tools.
- Experience in "full-cycle" sales or closing small deals.
- Basic understanding of data analytics or technical infrastructure.
- Previous success in a remote-first work environment.
