Founding Content Lead, London Based, Temp To Perm

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with major brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. The company manages the full influencer marketing lifecycle across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and is scaling its platform, Kyra One.

Location: Remote (UK)

Responsibilities

• Create content that earns attention, including shooting, editing, captioning, branding, and publishing.
• Set and maintain Kyra's brand voice across all channels.
• Experiment with new content strategies and measure their effectiveness.
• Report on content performance, response, and lead generation.
• Contribute to multiple projects and identify new opportunities.
• Grow and lead the content and marketing function.

Requirements

• Proven content creation skills with an engaged audience.
• Ability to produce engaging video and social content.
• Understanding of attention dynamics on social platforms.
• Experience with storytelling and cultural trends.
• Bias towards action and rapid iteration.
• Comfort with metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Desire to be part of an ambitious, impactful company.
• Versatility across content formats, including editing and web design.
• Experience in creator economy, social platforms, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
