This role involves transforming real call and field data into engaging, shareable content with a focus on short-form video, institutional comedy, and data-driven artifacts, all with an emphasis on organic distribution and a deadpan tone.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos from raw call recordings, screen captures, and field footage.
• Write and perform flat, deadpan institutional comedy.
• Turn call data into shareable journalistic artifacts like the Cancellation Index and hold-time leaderboards.
• Understand and execute organic distribution strategies, analyzing why content travels without paid promotion.

Requirements

• Ability to shoot and cut phone-native video from raw material.
• Proficiency in writing and performing deadpan, institutional comedy.
• Experience in creating data-driven content that can be cited and shared.
• Understanding of organic content distribution and analytics.
