Dreamscape Learn is seeking an enterprise sales leader to lead K12 direct sales efforts in North America, focusing on establishing school district partnerships and expanding market awareness of their VR-based immersive learning solutions.
Location: North America
Salary: $200,000 base salary + commission
Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals
- Engage with Superintendents and leadership teams to qualify sales opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic solution
- Establish deep executive-level client relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified K12 sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns and events
- Help shape Dreamscape Learn's K12 growth strategy and market positioning
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product and company strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of success selling high-value educational technology solutions to senior K12 leadership
- Ability to sell six-figure education solutions in complex decision-making environments
- Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
- Expert qualification and territory management skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Experience in high-growth, innovative organizations
- Deep understanding of the evolving K12 landscape, including instructional innovation and digital transformation
- Bachelor's degree
