Digital Account Manager

Remote Digital Account Manager responsible for managing digital client campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships within a media company.

Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone)

Salary: $65,000

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for digital clients, leading marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
• Prepare and structure calls and meetings to maximize client engagement.
• Understand client campaigns and digital products to benefit clients.
• Manage multiple tasks including discovery calls, campaign adjustments, budget checks, performance reviews, and billing questions.
• Offer recommendations for growth, ROI, and new offerings based on client plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and proactive communication.
• Research industry trends and provide feedback to clients.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, offerings, and products.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing/customer-service role.
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
• High-level knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, and web design.
• Experience working closely with a sales team is desired.
• High-level knowledge of programmatic or performance marketing.
• Strong digital and social media skills.
