Responsibilities
- Own conference logistics end-to-end, including booth design, staffing, vendor coordination, materials shipping, and on-site problem-solving.
- Evaluate and prioritize the event calendar in partnership with sales and the Sr. Events Marketing Manager.
- Run internal prep and communications, brief stakeholders, and coordinate schedules.
- Build and maintain event infrastructure such as tracking spreadsheets, vendor rosters, and budget sheets.
- Execute hosted events and field programs like networking dinners and regional programming.
- Drive integrated event marketing through email campaigns, LinkedIn content, and on-site assets.
- Produce event collateral and assets using Canva or Figma.
- Partner with leadership to identify speaking sessions, panels, and sponsored content.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up with sales, document learnings, and track ROI.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B event coordination, field marketing, or a related role, ideally in tech or healthcare startups.
- Experience in running events and solving logistical problems.
- Proactive and able to work independently without detailed task lists.
- Comfortable working with sales and senior leadership, understanding how events connect to sales cycles.
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Startup-oriented mindset, eager to build processes.
