The Mid-Market Account Manager at Vonage will drive new business growth and manage existing accounts in the DACH-NL region, focusing on cloud communications solutions.
Location: Work from Home - Poland (Warsaw preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving net new business and ensuring strong retention and expansion of existing customers
- Develop and execute territory plans with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth for network-powered solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functions
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and customers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a business owner for your territory
- Represent Vonage at industry events and leverage your local network to accelerate new business opportunities
- Contribute to regional planning and share market intelligence to support the broader EMEA sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of new business development
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
- Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
- Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market or Fortune 500 companies
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
