ERP Support & Optimization Business Analysts Work From Home

OutForce is seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to optimize and maintain the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system, supporting business operations and enhancing system functionality.
Location: Pasig City, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Design and propose solutions using Dynamics 365 modules.
- Configure ERP modules to meet business needs.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with IT teams, external consultants, and vendors.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements.
- Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and support system maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system.
- Proficiency with D365 finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Management in Accounting, Tax processing, Intercompany, and Project Timesheets.
- Strong proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 ISVs like HSO’s aec360, SKSoft TAS, RSAT, and Docentric is a plus.
- Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
