Responsibilities
- Maintain digital files and update databases.
- Organize administrative records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Perform intake and indexing of files from various sources.
- Apply standardized naming conventions and convert document formats.
- Perform quality control checks for duplicates, misfiles, and unreadable scans.
- Handle sensitive records with confidentiality and follow retention policies.
- Support audits by providing records and documenting chain-of-custody.
- Coordinate with various teams to clarify file requirements and provide updates.
Requirements
- Experience in records management, admin support, clerical work, or document control (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow naming/filing rules.
- Ability to handle confidential information and follow strict procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency: file systems, spreadsheets, PDFs, and collaboration tools.
