Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital files and update databases.
  • Organize administrative records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Perform intake and indexing of files from various sources.
  • Apply standardized naming conventions and convert document formats.
  • Perform quality control checks for duplicates, misfiles, and unreadable scans.
  • Handle sensitive records with confidentiality and follow retention policies.
  • Support audits by providing records and documenting chain-of-custody.

Requirements
