Enrollment Analytics Consultant

This role supports the Enrollment Strategy team by owning enrollment and participation reporting, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights to drive growth. The consultant plays a critical role in strengthening data-driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, and enterprise partners, focusing on participation growth and premium performance.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $89,000–$164,300/yr

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to define and deliver enrollment and participation reporting providing timely, accurate, decision-ready insights.
• Analyze enrollment trends and participation drivers to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reporting & Analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate current enrollment programs and recommend data-backed enhancements.
• Develop insights and recommendations influencing enrollment strategy and client activation.
• Lead development of scalable, automated reporting solutions to improve transparency and data quality.
• Manage multiple data sources and deliverables with attention to data integrity.
• Operate with autonomy, balancing strategic analysis with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics, including building and maintaining recurring reports.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and insights.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively through summaries, presentations, and visualizations.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to influence decisions.
• Ability to assess program performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and exercise independent judgment.

• Estimated base pay range: $89,000–$164,300, with pay varying based on experience and skills.
