Responsibilities

• Convert audio recordings into written transcripts with high accuracy.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Nahari Arabic with lifelong residence or deep immersion in its speaker region.
• Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic for orthographic decisions on dialectal speech.
• Ability to distinguish Nahari from neighboring Arabic varieties in transcription.
• Familiarity with regional variation within the dialect community.
• At least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience.
• Demonstrated accuracy at the word level under deadline pressure.
