LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, expanding into home services with a focus on paid social growth. The company is seeking a Director-level paid social marketing leader to own and scale multi-channel acquisition efforts.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $175,000–$205,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and execution for both homeowners and service providers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns from awareness to remarketing.
• Develop and implement a testing framework for creative, audience, and funnel experiments.
• Manage budgets across geographies and seasons to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics.
• Evaluate and expand to new platforms like streaming and push formats.
• Build and lead a team to scale paid social efforts.

• Performance-obsessed with strong data analysis skills.
• Experienced in running structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Effective cross-functional partner with proactive communication.
• AI-native with experience using AI tools for performance marketing.
• Portfolio thinker capable of managing multiple audiences, markets, and funnel stages.
• Able to adapt strategies based on marketplace dynamics and seasonality.
