Longbridge Financial is seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to manage and innovate their digital marketing ecosystem, including agency partnerships, website rebuilds, paid media, and AI capabilities. The role is highly strategic, performance-driven, and involves leadership in a regulated financial services environment, with a focus on reverse mortgages and senior-focused marketing.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $197,000–$215,000/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with digital marketing and media agencies, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and performance.
  • Manage large media budgets with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and optimization.
  • Oversee a large-scale website rebuild, managing external and internal teams from strategy to launch.
  • Lead paid media strategy, translating business goals into data-informed media plans.
  • Partner with analytics to measure and optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Lead CRO and experimentation programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Bring expertise in AI, AEO, and GEO to enhance visibility and efficiency in search environments.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content, and targeting.
  • Manage the lead purchase program, vendor relationships, and performance metrics.
  • Develop lead quality models and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Identify and test emerging lead acquisition channels, including AI-driven targeting and digital networks.
  • Act as a team leader and mentor, guiding junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Campaign Manager, focusing on direct mail strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience at a senior level.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and large paid media budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with AEO, GEO, and AI strategies.
  • Proficiency with AI marketing tools and emerging technologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital projects, including website rebuilds.
  • Proven success in CRO programs and structured experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in regulated financial services, reverse mortgage, or senior marketing preferred.
  • Experience managing third-party lead purchase programs, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with lead aggregator ecosystems in financial services or senior markets.
