Director CRM

Ashley Digital, the e-commerce arm of Ashley, a leading home furnishings brand, is seeking a marketing leader to manage and evolve their CRM program, focusing on email and SMS marketing to drive revenue and engagement.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities

• Direct the CRM calendar, setting email and SMS scheduling and segmentation strategy.
• Oversee lifecycle journey strategy across email and SMS.
• Monitor email and SMS send volume against platform costs.
• Own the CRM testing roadmap and analyze results.
• Design and evaluate analyses to measure program performance.
• Leverage segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization.
• Manage relationships with CRM vendors, including ESP platform (Zeta).
• Lead cross-functional relationships with brand, data, analytics, creative, product, growth, and customer success teams.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM best practices and trends.
• Lead and develop a team of three CRM professionals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of email and SMS marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC and retail.
• Proven track record managing and developing teams of 2 or more.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Information

• Reside and be authorized to work within the United States.
• Ideal candidate will work Eastern Standard Time.
• Role reports to the Senior Director, CRM.
• This is a high-volume program with over 1 billion email sends and 100 million SMS messages annually.
• The role involves strategic leadership, operational ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
