Digital Sales and Service Representative

SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, is seeking a Digital Associate to interact with customers via chat and email, providing excellent service and support. The role emphasizes a strong company culture, growth opportunities, and flexible remote work options.

Location: Remote (approved states: Utah, North Carolina, Texas)

Salary: $15.00 per hour + bonus potential of up to $6/hr

Responsibilities

• Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using NICE CXOne platform, totaling roughly 40 chats per 8-hour shift or more.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer interaction via chat and email.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• Availability for required weekend shifts.
• Attend three weeks of mandatory training (10AM–5PM MST, M-F).
