Developer Tibco and Workato, Colombia

CI&T is seeking a skilled Tibco/Workato Developer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions that enhance business processes and data flow across systems, leveraging expertise in Tibco and/or Workato technologies.

Location: Colombia

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato to connect various applications and systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tibco and Workato to continuously improve integration efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing integrations using Tibco (Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, etc.) and/or Workato
• Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with data transformation tools and techniques (JSON, XML, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
