Dealer Performance Specialist (2 openings)

Audi RED is seeking two experienced Dealer Performance Managers to support Canadian auto dealerships remotely across Canada, focusing on program support, training, and performance monitoring.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 CAD per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Dealers, Field Reps, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle dealer enrollment in programs, likely related to the oADD platform.
• Provide support and training to dealers on the platform and related programs.
• Develop expertise in the oADD program and platform.
• Assist in resolving B2B and B2C issues.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics for dealers and brand websites.
• Educate and promote awareness of the program among stakeholders.
• Assess and ensure content quality, relevance, and SEO optimization on the website.
• Implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Keep website content updated and relevant.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze content performance.
• Evaluate user experience and ensure content compliance and accuracy.
