The role is for a Cybersecurity Enablement Analyst who is technically proficient and data-driven, focusing on optimizing security workflows, documentation, and automation within a cybersecurity team.
Location: Remote (EU or India)
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical security information requests and customer audits, drafting precise responses.
- Own and translate complex security configurations into structured technical documentation.
- Capture raw security data for compliance reporting and security advisories, building repeatable processes.
- Perform data hygiene on security datasets and build automation scripts using AI/LLMs.
- Track security findings and engineering tickets, ensuring proper evidence validation and filing.
- Extract and organize security metrics for data visualizations and executive updates.
- Develop training content for cybersecurity team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a hands-on technical role (Security, Systems Admin, or Technical Analyst).
- Proficiency in manipulating large datasets and Excel; experience with AI coding frameworks and LLMs is highly preferred.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation or process maps.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders.
- Exceptional self-management skills with operational discipline, able to work with 4+ hours overlap with EST while working from the EU or India.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
