Salary: $112,000–$125,000 CAD/year + bonus + benefits
Responsibilities
- Owns and delivers joint customer success plans to build, grow, and expand client relationships.
- Acts as a Trusted Advisor and Business Partner, providing strategic guidance to customer Executive Leadership and internal teams.
- Leverages PointClickCare customer success methodology to provide relationship management and meet customer challenges.
- Provides early warning and turnaround strategies focusing on customer health and churn mitigation.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
- Experience in Healthcare Sales/Account Management/Customer Success Management, managing a book of business focused on Enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing relationships.
