Customer Success Account Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to post-launch review.
• Design and implement technical solutions, including architecture, data models, and integration.
• Ensure high-quality implementation with proper prompts, evals, tests, and review processes.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
• Present results and impact of initiatives post-launch.

Requirements

• Deep experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to make architectural and technical decisions at a lead level.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on metrics and impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Decisive, well-documented decision-making process.
• Ability to produce reusable artifacts that enhance team impact.
• Customer- and pro-focused mindset.
