Responsible for developing and executing corporate communication and marketing initiatives to support the organization's brand, reputation, and market presence. Leads brand management, campaign execution, content development, and digital platform management, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve communication and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
- Execute corporate communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to enhance brand positioning, market visibility, and corporate image.
- Develop and communicate key messaging, brand narratives, and value propositions.
- Drive collaboration between marketing and sales teams for target market segmentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Manage external communication activities and engagement initiatives.
- Support brand and reputation management efforts.
- Coordinate development and distribution of external communication materials.
- Implement social media marketing strategies and create engaging content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and industry best practices.
- Monitor online conversations and escalate potential reputation concerns.
- Manage marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Create and coordinate marketing content and collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Plan and develop materials for announcements and media outreach.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Coordinate with sales teams for project updates.
- Design, develop, and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, blogs, and videos.
- Establish, document, and maintain processes, best practices, and work standards for marketing and communication activities.
- Research and recommend process improvements.
- Establish communication measurement frameworks and track KPIs.
- Prepare reports on communication activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or a related area.
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, corporate communications, or related marketing functions.
- Experience in the information technology industry.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative service providers.
- Experience developing marketing and corporate communication materials.
- Experience supporting the development of corporate videos and multimedia content.
