Responsibilities

• Assess and implement tools to automate billing, expense tracking, and revenue reporting.
• Build repeatable, scalable financial processes for a multi-market, event-based business.
• Oversee event and enterprise client billing — invoice quickly, accurately, and completely.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations at a startup or high-growth company.
• QuickBooks fluency required.
• Comfortable with Ramp, Google Sheets/Excel, and tools like HubSpot, Asana, or Airtable.
