Cloud Operations Engineer

Unit4 Cloud Ops is seeking analytical and logical professionals to join their team as problem-solvers focused on troubleshooting and building better solutions for customers, with opportunities to learn skills like Azure, DevOps, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer business processing issues.
• Apply structured approaches, tools, and analytical skills to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Learn and develop skills in Azure, DevOps, infrastructure, virtualization, operating systems, and application stacks.

Requirements

• Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
• Resourcefulness in searching for information and applying solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance, automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell and JSON, network infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
